Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company First Come First Served Offer 2026-2027

(hereinafter the “Offer”)

Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company (hereinafter “TTPC”) informs that the firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline, from the Oued Saf Saf delivery point to the Cap Bon redelivery point, which remained uncommitted after TTPC’s previous offers, is available from June 23rd, 2026 on the PRISMA platform on a “first come first served” basis.

• The capacity products offered are:
• Gas Year 2026/27 and multiples thereof;
• Calendar Year 2027 and multiples thereof;
• Quarters of Gas Year 2026/27 (Q4 2026, Q1, Q2 and Q3 2027);
• Months of Gas Year 2026/27;
• BOM - Balance of Months of Gas Year 2026/27 (all remaining days of a Month);
• Weeks (7 days Sat-Fri or Sun-Sat) of Gas Year 2026/27;
• Week Working Days (5 days Mon-Fri) of Gas Year 2026/27;
• Weekends (2 days Sat-Sun) of Gas Year 2026/27;
• Days-Ahead (up to 3 days: D+1, D+2 and D+3) of Gas Year 2026/27.

In addition, the Modulation Service on a weekly and on a monthly basis, already included in TTPC’s FCFS 2025-26 Offer, will remain available.

For the purposes of the Offer, TTPC also informs that:

1. Interested parties can download the Offer and its attachments directly from the Business and Services section of the TTPC website, under Useful Documentation.

2. Participation in the Offer is through the PRISMA platform only (https://app.prisma-capacity.eu).

3. Applicants already having an active assignment with TTPC on PRISMA should submit an updated Power of Attorney and/or Declaration only if those already submitted do not comply with the templates provided or have already expired - or are about to expire - at the time of participation in the Offer (for the avoidance of doubt, a valid Power of Attorney must be in place at the time of any capacity booking).

4. Applicants not having an active assignment with TTPC on PRISMA are kindly requested to register on PRISMA and to submit to TTPC all the required documentation pursuant to the Offer.

As with previous TTPC offers, the Offer provides for a coordinated and linked allocation of capacity on both TTPC and TMPC transportation systems, and the booking process for bundled TTPC/Transmed transportation capacity is entirely managed through the PRISMA platform.
