Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company “First Come First Served” Offer for Primary Capacity
TTPC reminds that the firm transportation capacity on the trans-Tunisian pipeline remaining uncommitted after TTPC previous offers is available on the PRISMA platform, from today until February 15th, 2020, on a “first come first served” basis and is offered for a minimum duration of 12 months (“TTPC FCFS Offer”).
Interested parties will find, on the TTPC (www.ttpc.eni.com) and on the PRISMA (https://platform.prisma-capacity.eu) websites, the Procedure for capacity request and assignment and the relevant attachments: Key Contractual Terms of the Gas Transportation Agreement, Registration Form, Declaration, and Power of Attorney.
Applicants not having an active assignment with TTPC are kindly requested to register on the PRISMA platform and to submit all required documentation pursuant to the Procedure.
Applicants already having an active assignment with TTPC need to be aware that the Power of Attorney and the Declaration must in any case be re-submitted.
We also remind the understanding between TTPC and Transmed whereby an assignee of capacity pursuant to TTPC FCFS Offer shall be entitled to execute a gas transportation agreement with Transmed, for the same capacity and for the same duration, on the TMPC pipeline. Interested parties will find the corresponding documentation on the Transmed website (www.transmed-spa.it).
